It is quiet, clean, blue-green sea, a true paradise, great for spending the day with family and friends. It is located just minutes by car to numerous sights. The space The condominium's leisure area lives up to a luxury resort: there are 2 main pools facing the sea with swimming lanes, infinite edge, tables, umbrellas etc, as well as a garden with lounges. There is also space for barbecue, spa with sauna and jacuzzi, fitness center, children's water park, volleyball pool, movie room, game rooms, playroom, among countless other options. The place is perfect for adults and children. The condominium has direct private access to the wonderful beach of Ponta de Campina and offers chairs and umbrellas by the sea for those who want to enjoy the beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning: 1 master suite with queen bed and balcony, and 1 bedroom with two single beds being one with auxiliary bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with hot showers. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washer, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker. We have 2 spare single mattresses that can be used to accommodate up to 7 people in total, if applicable. On the balcony there is a table with benches. The apartment is surrounded by protective fences. Guest access The entire free area of the condominium, between games, gym, underground market, playroom, among others. Other things to note The Condominium has an ice machine for everyone's use ( using it sparingly), a beach umbrella for the condominium owners, security, concierge, facial access in common areas.
