Only one mile from small town businesses including Little Mount Lavender, Brick and Mortar Coffee, Weathered Oak, The Lovely Fig, Dos Mundos and El Nopal. 25 miles to Buffalo Trace and downtown Louisville attractions. Centrally located to Louisville & Lexington. The space 1-acre lot nestled in a small town. We have a country feel with all the close-by amenities and activities you will love. From May - Oct, Simpsonville hosts a farmer's market every Saturday morning which is a local favorite along with our other small businesses. The Cottage is within 2 miles of Starbucks, Cinnabon, Outlet Mall shopping, a cigar bar, boutique shopping and more! Like Golf? Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage except for one owner's closet. The yard is available to use between the cottage and the metal barn. We frequent the property for maintenance and our workshop. The land between the evergreen trees and the neighbor's house contains the leach field for the septic system. Please do not use this area for parking or other uses.
