SandiCatz Beach House

Relax with or without the whole family! This 5-acre beachfront property is located on the Columbia River. There's fishing, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding or whatever water activities you like. We are just 1 exit north of the Ilani Casino Resort and 25 minutes away from Portland International Airport (PDX)! The space This property has two bedrooms and a full Loft with a queen size bed andsitting area. One bathroom. It has a built-in daybed for relaxing during the day or sleeping at night. it is situated on 5 Acres on the Columbia River. I'm including this because it seems to be the hangout spot for a lot of guests.. There is a wooden deck with a huge gazebo over it on the beach. There is a Weber BBQ that guests like to grill up there fresh caught fish and veggies on. Take the canoe over to the island and fish and explore. Guest access This guest house is located on the south side of the property. The entrance is on the beach side of the property to the left of the garage doors. The guest house is self-checkin with a combo pad on the door.
