SMOKERS NOT ALLOWED! Self check-in after 2 pm. If booking after 8 pm, BOOK DIRECTLY DON’T ENQUIRE, as we’re asleep; use self check-in instructions. Rest on the sofa, watch TV (Netflix on us) or work at the desk. Nap on the cozy bed, or on sofa for a sunny sunrise view. Use the private half bathroom or shared bathroom with double sinks, toilet, stand-in shower. Enjoy the loft’s library, board games, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge. Stay clean, neat, peaceful. Excited to share our home. The space It is a brand new house built in 2023 and has a lush backyard and plenty of common area Guest access E-Lock for main entry and every room, the pass code will be provided before check in During your stay I will be on property in the studio apartment downstairs and I can be reached out on my cell phone as well as on AirBnB app. You are welcome to drop by here and enjoy my hospitality. Other things to note There will be other guests in the house in other rooms. Uhauls or cars not allowed if they don’t fit in the garage or driveway. Please don’t leave your belongings in shared spaces like bathrooms or loft area. You will be solely responsible for your items if they are lost in shared areas.
