We will provide you with your code during your arrival. Other things to note **Please Note** There is no dedicated parking space. We have multiple great paid parking spots around our building. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. •Check-out time is 10am. •Check-in time is 3pm •Quiet Hours: 10PM on weeknights, 11PM on weekends Unit Rules: • NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property. **Smoking indoors will result in a $1000.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.** • NO PARTIES. **There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.** • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. **A surcharge of $25.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.** • NO PETS are permitted inside the unit. Evidence of pets inside the unit will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests. • LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out. • TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out. • The doorbell cam is installed outside of our apartment door. We do not have security camera in the units. • Violating Community Rules Will Lead To Eviction
