Excellent house in the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara. 15 minutes from Atienza, very close to Hiendelacina and 30 minutes from Sigüenza. The house is very spacious and comfortable, as it has a large living room with a fireplace and 4 fully furnished bedrooms. Three of them double and one single. A kitchen decorated in wood and 2 full bathrooms. The house has a garden with an oven/barbecue and a trampoline for children and adults. The space The house has 3 floors, my mother lives on the ground floor, who is available for any questions or concerns you may have and will make your stay more comfortable. The 2 upper floors are the fully independent house and the private patio with the oven/barbecue, the gazebo and the trampoline. There are 2 entrances, the main one that shares a small hall with 2 doors, one is my mother's house and the other is the house, and the other entrance is totally independent through the patio that goes directly to the living room of the house. Other things to note For the barbecue we have firewood and utensils to use it, we also have a gas stove and paella pans. The trampoline can be used by both children and adults with a maximum total weight of 100 kilos.
