This little gem in the center of Civitanova will be the perfect landing place for your vacation. Ideal for couples or single travelers, it offers all the comforts of a newly renovated apartment with air conditioning, osmosis drinking water purifier, fiber internet and remote check-in with codes. Very close to both the beach and the center, you can forget about the car and enjoy the city by walking or renting one of our e-bikes. The space This small and modern apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) and consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a TV cabinet and access to the balcony; a modern bathroom complete with shower and sink; a living room with a coffee table, TV, a comfortable sofa and a full kitchen with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, electric oven and a Lavazza coffee machine. There is also an osmosis purifier filter in the kitchen sink, so you can drink tap water directly. On the top floor of the building there is a large terrace with sea views that can be shared with the tenants on the same floor as your apartment. From the terrace, you can also access the laundry room, which is only shared by you and any guests staying in the apartment in front of yours. Guest access The accommodation is centrally located and overlooks a controlled transit lane (only residents with permission). The advice is to park in one of the parking lots along the road of the adjacent streets (free) and tour the city on foot or by bike. Access is completely independent and via codes, both for the external door and for the entrance to the apartment. The codes will be provided by the host a few hours before your arrival. Other things to note - THE CONDOMINIUM DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR - Once the booking is made, online check-in will be handled through a dedicated software of our manager, designed to make the process quick and easy. During this process, you will be asked to: 1. Pay the tourist tax as per the Municipality. 2. Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (Article 109 of the TULPS), to ensure recognition and fulfill regulatory obligations. 3. Sign a tourist rental agreement, in line with the provisions of Decree Law no. 50/2017. We assure you that the entire procedure is safe and complies with current regulations.
