Octopus’s Garden Beachfront House Phuket

This unique and tranquil hideaway house is a home. ‘Octopus’s Garden Beach House’ is surrounded by the shade of green and trees. Our compound is private, only residents can access the beach and the sea under the shade of tamarind trees. Inside the house has a living-lounging area, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with artistic touch comes with working corner, cushy bean bag and king- size bed with air con and bathroom. Patio is multi - joy space for hangout in lazy chairs. The space The whole house is perfect for a couple with kid. It is a private compound with private access to the street and to the beach. Octopus’s Garden Beach House is wrapped around with plants and only 40 meters down to the beach. The 200 year old tamarind tree is our natural umbrella providing shade for us to rest and laze around. Table tennis and picnic benches are for all neighbors to share. Guest access To access the compound requires a gate code. It is strictly only to be shared to guests and residents. Single parking space is just past the gate turning in to the left side and parking in the righthand space. Octopus’s Garden Beach House is a grey color house down the slope on the left hand. Other things to note House Awareness : Parking space is on the lefthand once entering. And parking spot is the space on the right side. Shoes off inside the house and please close the front door mosquito screen every time. For air conditioning unit, please turn off if you will be away more than 2-3 hours for saving energy and preventing problem of overloading. Fresh water is precious and please help our world by not wasting it. Please leave the garbage at the drop off bins outside of the gate on the right hand side.
