Formerly a fully restored stable, this apartment, located on the first floor of over 90 m2 is rented in its entirety. An indoor heated pool is available on the ground floor from April 1 to November 15. The property has a garden and a very large terrace. Are you a rider looking for a stay with your horse? Ty Jojo welcomes you with your equine. The space Located between Cap d'Erquy and Cap de Frehel, labeled a great site of France, you can travel between the sea and the countryside. The apartment consists of: Large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove, range hood, microwave) Dining room / living room with a table, corner sofa (convertible), connected TV Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160, shower 120, toilet and sink Bedroom 2: 3 beds of 90 (including 1 of 200), shower 120, toilet and sink. Laundry room with washing machine / dryer, clothes rack. A heated indoor pool is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (possibility to request extensions subject to availability). A garden and a large terrace equipped with table, umbrella, garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, ping pong table are also available. We accept 1 pet per stay - Tax €50 (remember to take the option when booking, in which case we reserve the right to ask you upon arrival). HORSE ACCOMMODATION OPTION RATE: €10/horse/night Booking and information on request. Horse accommodation includes access to meadows, water and hay. Possibility of Box at extra cost. The parking lot will accommodate your van. Note: presence of animals on site (donkeys, horses, dog and cats) in closed enclosures to which tenants do not have access. Ample parking is also available for easy parking. We provide linens (beds made/towels/tea towels), think about your pool towels (we offer the possibility to rent bath towels, €5 per stay). Don't hesitate to ask us when booking. We also provide 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod, 2 toilet paper rolls and 2 garbage bags upon arrival. Upon request, we can provide baby equipment (baby bed with mattress, highchair, bathtub). The apartment is non-smoking, the keys are handed over to the owner unless there is a late arrival (open accommodation). Other things to note The pool will be freely accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The swimming pool is heated and available from April 1 to November 15.
