Villa "Villupa Country House" -B&B- B&B formula with breakfast; a good waking brunch. Room with TV, wifi and mini fridge for the exclusive use of guests in the common area only. The rooms are purified with "BEYOND Guardian Air". The villa has a garden overlooking the landscape; to the south view of the Apennines, to the north overlooking the sea. The space The house is very large. We offer a b&b service in a master bedroom with the possibility of a third bed that came in for a minor, the room is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The interaction with guests is inside the shared area ( entrance - living room) takes place at the time when breakfast is served and the bed linen, bathroom and cleaning are changed; the host places a lot of importance to privacy and occupies private environments not shared with guests. Guest access The access to the little room is from the main street, guests can park their car in the courtyard. Inside the house they are shared with the owner entrance and living room and outside the garden and courtyard. Other things to note Guests have access to the dining area with some small accessories to prepare any "self dinners" or snacks: it is a space equipped with a microwave, toaster plate, espresso machine, tea kettle and tea, a small fridge to store fresh drinks or to store packaged foods that need a low temperature. Any other needs can be addressed, and it will be seen if and how it is possible to consider them to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible and when there are children, or guests want to be subject by bringing pets such as a dog and cat with them.
