The sitting room boasts two recliner chairs and a tv. Hidden in an armoire, kitchen amenities provide convenience. The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay. The space The home is directly on North Bay in Panama City. It is close to shopping and restaurants but once there it feels like you are far from town. If you’re a fisher person, feel free to toss a line into the bay. I don’t fish but I have heard the fish here are great at getting your bait without getting hooked. Guest access The sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom are for your private use. The apartment has its own door. Your host lives in a separate area of the home. Other things to note The apartment is 10 miles from Panama City Beach through city traffic. It is a longer journey during rush hour. I have made the trip in 20 minutes but at busy times it has taken me 40 minutes.
