On the mountain or sea road, enjoy this country house, with private parking, quiet, classified as a 2** furnished tourist accommodation. South Lyon, close to Vienne, Bourgoin, Chambéry Grenoble. Family-friendly accommodation. Capacity and booking conditions: - Maximum 5 people (2 adults and 3 children*). - 4 adults* as a couple (extra €24 per night) - 3rd adult with single bed* (extra €12 per night) -* Use of the sofa bed (sheets provided) €15/stay. The space Pleasant private country house of 60 m2 . Green setting with terrace and green spaces. You will enjoy a shaded park of 400m2 and private parking, in the fenced property, for a VL vehicle. Garden level: Equipped kitchen open to living room with convertible BZ sofa ( in 140 bed with extra charge* 15€ per stay) + TV, toilet and shower. Terrace with garden table and chairs. Floor: First bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Access to this room is through the second bedroom.(bedroom in a row) It covers 2 adults.(couple). (For infants and children under 3 years old we offer an umbrella bed). The second bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. It can accommodate: - 2 children up to 15 years old. - or 1 adult only in the lower bed. Regarding RESERVATIONS for 3 or more ADULTS, please read our booking conditions in the description section or ask us. Bathroom with hoof bath, sink and WC. Equipped accommodation: fridge with freezer space, induction cooktop, microwave oven, dishes, classic ground coffee filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Linens and pillows provided however please bring your towels. (or option at 4 euros per person per stay). The beds will be made upon your arrival. Breakfast not provided .(Coffee, Tea, herbal tea, sugar available) Soap/shower gel not provided. No smoking and no vaping space Cleaning will need to be done carefully by you before your departure. Cleaning option possible if desired at €40. It is possible to book the accommodation for up to 5 people maximum (family/couple with 3 children). - Supplement of €15 for the use of the BZ in bed during the stay in case of individual sleeping for 3 adults or 2 couples . The proximity to the forest and marked paths promise a revitalizing vacation. Many walking or cycling tours can be done from home.
