Early check-ins and late check-outs are for approval depending on availability. Extension of stay will be charged on a per-hour basis. 200 pesos per hour. Maximum of 3 Hours only, extending for more than 3 hours is equivalent to one night stay. No visitors allowed on top of declared number of guests. Visitors will be charged as additional pax. Ate Marilou will be assisting you on your check-in for the keys turn-over and will also be there before your check-out time to collect the keys and inspect the place. Other things to note This is an all-in rate. No hidden charges. You may use and cook in the kitchen for free but please practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) and avoid cooking smelly food as courtesy for the next guests. Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels and toiletries. No smoking or vaping inside the living space and bedrooms. The use of any personal sound systems is limited from 8AM to 10PM only. A 500 pesos cleaning charge will be collected if plates, cookware, and used equipment in the kitchen are left unwashed. Unit has no garage but you can street park your vehicle just beside or in-front of the apartment.
