Enjoy the tranquility while having access to your own private pool & the use of the BBQ. Private Entrance with owners has a fully secured gated property. Plenty of pool and bath towels. Plenty of comfortable pillows to choose from. The space Welcome to Casa Tranquila, Pedasi! A unique and welcoming one bedroom, one-bathroom private suite. The room is located on the lower level, 5 steps to your own private pool and outdoor lounging spaces. This includes an outdoor space with a table with chairs, a gas BBQ Grill and we also provide all the necessary utensils, plates etc. to have your own private cook out. We are in Pedasi. We are about 950m from the center of Pedasi. The Space Our newly built home has 2 levels. Your room is located on the first level around the back and opens up into a beautiful private yard and pool area. In your room you will find a whisper quiet air conditioner, fan, queen bed and your private stylish bathroom with a unique carved wooden sink, plenty of hot water, towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Also, in your room, there is a small seating area and mini fridge for snacks and drinks, coffee maker and even a TV with access to Netflix! Everything you need :) During your stay Andrea and Cafeto live on site and are available to assist you if you need anything. Cafeto is a local of 30 years who if you speak Spanish can give you a lot of information on the area. We are available by phone, and in person, once you arrive. Other things to note Important to note we do have a generator, although we rarely have power outages, we can use the generator. Important to know that the generator does not power the air conditioners. Only lights and WiFi. Guest access Welcome to Casa Tranquila, Pedasi! We are renting a private bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room has a private entrance. To enter the property, you will enter through the shared door or sliding car door to the property on the upper level. The stairs from the car door lead you down to the room you will be renting. The room is located on the lower level & 5 steps to the pool. Guests have full access to the pool and all outside areas of our enclosed property.
