This is a private basement with indoor & outdoor living areas. Private entrance and parking is included. You will have access to the entire one bedroom basement with its own living room, kitchen and bedroom, movie theater room, indoor fire place, entire outdoor area with fire pit, waterfall and putting green. The space Guests will be staying in the lower level of our three story home. There is private access to that floor via the door that leads to the backyard with easy keypad entry. The lower level is complete with a private one bedroom with a queen bed, its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, television, pool table, indoor fire place, dining area, and movie theater room. There is a twin bed in the living room and a queen Murphy bed that can be pulled out and used if needed. We can accommodate 5 guests comfortably. You can also use the shared huge backyard with expansive grass area, fire pit, waterfall and putting green. There are multiple sitting areas and dining table outside. We have plenty of firewood for the fire pits and a BBQ for guests to use. There is plenty of parking for two cars and a boat trailer if you will be using the lakes nearby. There are tons of things to do in the area including hiking, boating, and paddle boarding in the summer. We are about 15 minutes away from Jordanelle and Deer creek lakes. We are 15 minutes away from the Deer Valley gondola entrance, 20-30 minutes away from Park City & Canyons ski resort and about an hour away from Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude ski resorts. All ski resorts are open during the summer to use as biking and hiking trails.
