The space DETAILS OF THE ACCOMMODATION: YOUR COMFORT FIRST The estate consists of two independent houses offering a distribution designed for conviviality. 🏠 THE LARGE HOUSE (Ideal for 13 people) This spacious house combines old-world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor: The Living Room: A large dining room for your group meals and a cozy living room for your evenings. The Kitchen: Fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, stove, etc.) to prepare good feasts. Ground floor night area: A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160) and a baby bed. Bathroom Area: A full bathroom with shower AND bathtub for everyone's comfort. Practical: Separate toilet and laundry/boiler room. Upstairs: Bedroom 2: One double bed (160) + 1 single bed (90) Bedroom 3: A double bed (160). The Dormitory (Bedroom 4): Children's paradise with 6 single beds (90). Bathrooms: An additional bathroom and a second independent toilet. 🏠 THE COZY HOUSE (Ideal for 4 to 6 people) A small independent house, perfect for a couple or small family. On the ground floor: Open space: A fully equipped kitchen open to a bright dining room. Bathroom: A bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs (Mezzanine): Sleeping area: A large mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (160) and a pull-out sofa bed (allowing 2 single beds). OUTDOORS AND LEISURE Each house enjoys its own space to breathe, while sharing the facilities of the estate: Terraces: A protected covered area for the large house and a private terrace with garden furniture for the small house. The Park: Large grounds with petanque court, soccer goal, grass volleyball net, trampoline, slide and hut. The Pool: Beautiful heated and shared outdoor pool (May to September). Nature: Immediate access to the hiking trail for your walks from the gîte. Other things to note 🧺 Linens & Comfort Option To help you adjust your budget, we offer household linens (sheets and towels) as a paid option. Total freedom: You are welcome to bring your own bedding for your 17 sleeping places. Serenity Option: If you prefer to travel light, we provide you with complete kits (linens supplied, beds to be made by you upon arrival). Please let us know your choice when you book, so we can get everything ready to welcome you! 🏊 POOL AREA (Heated): For your comfort and complete privacy, access to the pool is organized by time slots reserved for each cottage. This allows you to enjoy the pool exclusively with your loved ones during your dedicated hours (morning and afternoon). In the evening, the pool becomes a friendly space for socializing. Please note: To ensure perfect water hygiene, meals and snacks are not allowed in the pool area (your private terraces are available for this purpose).
