The space Our studio condo comes equipped with two Queen sized beds, a full kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. Guest access Once the registration fees are paid, you will receive an ID from the office that will allow you access to the pool and gym area. Other things to note IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING. Minimum age for booking is 21 (government valid ID will be required for check in process). Extra charges: Valet parking available (optional) one vehicle per unit, $25 per day paid directly to valet. Registration fees: The hotel's protocol requires that any guests staying 10 days or more pay a one time $250 registration fee and staying less than 10 days pay a $450 registration fee (this price is per unit, not per person), this fee will give you access to all amenities and is non-negotiable (parking not included, see valet options). Same day requests are not allowed because a registration process has to be followed. Smoking: No smoking allowed inside the room, smoking in the room has a fine of $250.
