Located in the North Shores area of Wallaroo's North Beach, Timaru is a spacious single level holiday house with a secure yard. Timaru has 5 bedrooms – queen, queen, queen, 2 singles, 2 bunks (4 singles) – with main 3-way bathroom, and ensuite bathroom; and can sleep up to 12 people. Ducted air-conditioning throughout the house, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars, and just a short walk to playground facilities. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use. Timaru has 2 bathrooms with an ensuite bathroom having a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet adjoining the master queen bedroom, with hallway access. The main bathroom has 3-way access with a bath, vanity, walk-in shower & separate toilet. There is ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout the accommodation, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the dining room. The lounge room located at the front of the house is spacious with comfortable sofa seating, a large television with USB & HDMI ports, DVD player, DVD's and board games for guests to enjoy during their stay at Timaru. Timaru has a large kitchen area with dining and lounge seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher & large fridge/freezer; as well as a range of small kitchen appliances including toaster, sandwich press, hand mixed & rice cooker. Another dining space is located next to the kitchen with access to the rear yard, or guests can enjoy the outdoor entertaining area. There are good laundry facilities with a front load washing machine, iron, ironing board & outside clothesline. Outside, the outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and shade sails overlooks the fenced rear yard. There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway, and secure parking in the garage for 1 car. Timaru is located a short drive into Wallaroo for shopping and dining options, or a 10-minute walk to the northern end of Wallaroos North Beach. With its 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Timaru is an ideal location for trade or corporate visitors needing accommodation for staff working on Yorke Peninsula or in the Copper Coast towns.
