Independent gîte for 4-6 people, Cévennes, Lozère.

Located at the gates of the Cévennes, between Alès and Florac, 3 km from all amenities. Come and discover and test autonomy in this small refuge that can accommodate up to 6 people. You will be seduced by the serenity that reigns in this place bathed in generous nature, bordered by waterfalls and natural pools that encourage rest, meditation and letting go... You will stay in a cottage in connection with the natural resources available. The space Our Lou Grana gîte, with an area of 60 m2, can accommodate 4 to 6 people, and includes: On the ground floor: * a kitchen, * a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, * a bathroom with large shower, sink and dry toilet, *a private garden with tables, chairs, deckchairs... Upstairs, * a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a small sink, * a bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds that can be assembled for a couple. This bedroom also has a small sink. Other things to note On a property of 40 hectares, we offer for vacation rental, our cottage Lou Grana and our 2 tents . Our family project is ethical and keen to respect the land that welcomes us. The organization of our living space is related to the natural resources available and allows us an energy independence with solar electricity, wood heating and spring water. Live the experience of autonomy and energy sobriety during your holidays, and see that it's possible! In order to continue this simple approach, we will invite you to bring your sheets and towels. If this is not possible, we will offer you a linen rental at the rate of €15 per bed. To start your stay, we provide you with biodegradable cleaning products, 2 garbage bags, 2 dish towels, 1 sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 bar. Depending on the length of your vacation, if you need to complete, we would appreciate it if you use low-impact products for our environment. For your meals, we can offer you: a "breakfast basket," formula at the rate of €10 per person, a "picnic lunch basket" package at the rate of €15 per person, a "dinner aperitif tray" package at the rate of €20 per person, to be booked in advance. After dropping off your luggage and supplies, access to the cottage during your stay will be on foot (about 150 meters). The Cevennes are a mountainous region that involves the supervision of young children and remains difficult for people with disabilities.
