Welcome to the Sweet Dreams Apartment, a charming, fully renovated semi-detached villa with underfloor heating, air conditioning and private parking. It is a 5-minute drive from the center of Como and its beautiful Lake. The Swiss border is a stone's throw away. By booking the Dolce Vita Apartment separately, you have an entire villa available for families or a group of friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and carefree. You will find a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, condiments, bottle warmer, a universal adapter, charger, baby cot on request (with an extra cost of 15 euros per night) private parking on private property shared with the Dolce Vita apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but you have two balconies and an outdoor entrance where you can smoke. There is an outdoor garden shared with the apartment downstairs where you can always sit while respecting other guests. You have no check-in restrictions, starting at 4 p.m. you can access at any time, providing your arrival time so that we can welcome you and register you in the guest portal. Tourist taxes are not included in the price of the stay, they must be paid upon check-out directly on site with any extras. Children under the age of three can sleep in the bed with their parents at no extra cost. The accommodation is stocked with all the bed linens and towels needed for each guest. One set for each guest, if during your stay you need a change of bed linen or cleaning of the apartment, they must be requested and paid on site at an extra cost. Separately from the cost of accommodation per night, tourist tax of 3 euros per night per person aged 14 and over for the first 4 nights is to be paid in cash on site at check-out. You can use the balconies and external stairs as a smoking area. You have only one outdoor parking space inside the marked stripes and the sign indicating the name of your apartment. Please respect the neighboring spaces. Other things to note The apartment is in a very well served area - bus stop with 3 different bus lines (frequency every 10/15 minutes including holidays) that lead to the center of Como, San Giovanni Station, boats, various markets and the walled city full of local shops and restaurants.
