Relax with the whole family in this quiet house in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese at 350 meters above sea level, a house that can accommodate up to 9 people, 4 double bedrooms and a room with a single bed. Arranged on various levels (2 floors), 3 bathrooms, 2 of which with a shower and the 3rd bathroom with a mini rectangular bathtub. Outside, there is a large garden with a barbecue a few meters from the kitchen. Dining room with fireplace, living room with 42-inch TV, internet connection & WiFi. The space The entire house is divided into various levels of floors. The main feature that you immediately notice is that the different levels are not on the same basic floor plan and, initially, it seems to get lost between the various rooms. The garden offers the possibility to enjoy the space in the sun and cook food on the grill thanks to the barbecue located in front of the kitchen window. Guest access The house is accessible depending on the number of people. The entire house is allowed for a number of 9 people distributed in the 5 rooms (4 double = 8 people - and one single =1 - total 8+1 =9). A smaller number of guests will limit the opening of unnecessary rooms. The double rooms are considered to have 2 beds. If you want to book the room for single use, there is a surcharge to be paid. The cost to be added per room is €30.00 flat rate for a maximum stay of 7 nights, if the duration is more than 7 nights, €5.00 per day must be added (Rules set out in the "HOUSE MANUAL") The use of the laundry (optional) complete with 8kg washing machine and professional steam iron with external boiler, is possible with an extra cost of €50.00 per day. The laundry room is a closed room and is not normally accessible during the stay but, if you wish, it can be opened by us and give you the freedom to wash or iron laundry for the day or days you want to use it, (1 day = 24 hours). The Barbecue can be used whenever you want, no charcoal or wood is provided that you must procure independently (Gulliver supermarket nearest place). After use, the BBQ must be cleaned of food residues and charcoal or wood used, the lack of this attention will result in a penalty of €15.00 that will be deducted from the deposit (cash or credit card). Other things to note Below are some rules and regulations for staying in the house and taking advantage of the services available, as well as some clarifications regarding management. A security deposit of €200.00 is required by credit card or cash. The amount will not be charged to the card but will only be blocked for the period of your stay until the check-out check. The accommodation must be returned in a state that does not require excessive or deep cleaning (for example, do not leave dishes and crockery to be washed or even with remains of moldy food, dirty carpets, stains caused by pets, etc.).
