The space Casa San Carlos is a three-story vacation residence levels with classic architecture and finishes contemporary, located in the most residential area quiet in Lomas de Cocoyoc. FULL PRIVATE SPA — included in your stay: -Steam room with wood cladding and light environment. - Indoor hot tub for 2–3 people. -Built-in outdoor Jacuzzi with jets for 8 people - Jacuzzi integrated into the main pool. POOL AND GARDEN: -Pool with handmade mosaic, night lighting and stainless steel staircase. -Tropical garden with Palm trees and tall hedges that guarantee total privacy. -Double burner gas and charcoal grill with height regulator and outdoor table for outdoor meals. SOCIAL SPACES: Two separate rooms: main room with floors of wood, arched windows and garden view; living room Upstairs lounge with slanted mahogany ceiling and access to panoramic terrace. Private bar with three illuminated stools and shelves. - Formal dining room for 10 persons. - Circular family dining room next to the kitchen for 6 people. KITCHEN: 6-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and full kitchenware. BEDROOMS: Blue Suite: king size bed, AC, sofa bed, ceiling fan and direct access to the private outdoor Jacuzzi. Master Suite: King Bed, Full Closet, Ceiling pine, AC, bathroom with hydromassage tub, access to terrace with panoramic view. Red Bedroom: King Bed, AC, view to the garden. Bedroom 4: double bed, private bathroom and AC. Bedroom 5: double bed and AC, ideal for children or companions. ENTERTAINMENT: TV room with 65" screen, video game console and access to a private terrace with a tree view. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire Property: three interior levels, garden, swimming pool, Full SPA (steam, outdoor jacuzzi, tub hot tub) and covered parking for 4 vehicles. The property is for exclusive use — it is not shared with other guests or hosts during the stay. We have a security camera system only outdoors: main access, garden and pool area. There are no cameras indoors. Other things to note - Housekeeping service included in the rate of cleaning: one person dedicated from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to cook, clean and prepare drinks. - The base rate includes 1 to 10 people per night and the full SPA (steam, hot tub and Jacuzzi). - A $600 fee applies for 11 guests or more MXN per person per night, up to a maximum of 22 people. - Pets allowed with an additional charge of $600 MXN per pet per night. - Gas grill available with advance notice. - Covered parking for 4 vehicles at no cost. - Groups with more than 15 people not included in the reservation require prior authorization from the host. - Quiet hours in outdoor areas after 12:00 AM. - Mandatory supervision of minors in the pool and SPA at all times.
