Beautiful wooden cabin built on a 1 hectare farm. It is equipped to accommodate up to 3 guests and is located just a 15-minute drive from the port of Colonia and 5 minutes from the beaches. It has a deck, pool and an outdoor barbecue area. The space The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes and utensils ideal for those who enjoy home cooking. It is followed by a space with lots of light and an armchair bed, designed for rest, reading and leisure. The bathroom is spacious, with a toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower. Towels and bath towels are also available for each guest. The double bed is close to the windows, from where you have an exceptional view of the fields in the area. The room has hot/cold air conditioning and bedding and blankets for the coldest days. The outdoor property has an area of 1 hectare, fully landscaped, where the lush eucalyptus grove, the swimming pool for the summer months (from December 15 to February 28), and the grill area for outdoor cooking stand out. All with beautiful views of the planted fields, vineyards and animals in the area. Other things to note La Fiaca is located in the countryside! From the cabin you will be able to enjoy all the nature that Colonia has to offer. The height and location of the land offer a unique view to observe the sunrise, sunset and starry nights. The panorama is completed with native vegetation and fields with different types of crops. In addition, in La Fiaca it is possible to observe the local fauna and animals from neighboring fields, even the visit of poultry that cross the fence to feed naturally. You can stay with a small pet (dog or cat). It must always remain in your company and never be left alone inside the cabin. Please take care of the interior of the property from possible scratches and/or bites. Please do not put it on the beds and the armchair, and both to feed them and to do their needs, use the outside. Both the farm and the cabin are for your exclusive use and that of the guests accompanying you. Visitors are not allowed to enter.
