This private room has a separate entrance from the main floor so you aren't feeling like your disturbing us. The location is very accessible and convenient whether you visit Lethbridge for business or for holidays. To protect you, other guests, and ourselves, we disinfect the entire suite on top of thorough cleaning after each guest stay. The property is fully fenced, a campfire pit is available and we provide everything for your fresh roasted smores. There is private off street parking for your vehicle. We take care of this place like our baby and we expect you to as well, no party people please! No SMOKING of any kind and no CANDLES. The KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM and BATHROOM are SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS. From the moment you arrive you will love the feel and comfort, the room and common area is all new with bright big windows, open with a home away from home feel. You will likely want to stay longer... everyone does!! Guest access The living room and the kitchen can be accessed by the guests. Please be considerate to other guests and it's a "clean-as-you-go" system after cooking or use of the common areas. During your stay We live on the main floor and we use texting and many other platforms to quickly communicate with all our guests. Although we are close, we respect your privacy... but know we are close for your convenience. Other things to note PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. REVIEW OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. We do require a copy of guest/s ID to be sent through airBNB messenger once booking request is accepted HOUSE RULES 1. Zero tolerance - No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no marijuana, no smoking cigarettes/vaping anywhere in the property. 2. No extra guests/visitors without prior on-site hosts permission. We want this place to be a super quiet haven for all guests. 3. Please take off your shoes at the door. (as posted) 4. Please turn off the lights and electronics before leaving the house. 5. Please do not adjust the house temperature, we typically set it at 22c. 6. Please return what you take to where you find it, and clean up after yourselves. 7. Please don't make loud noise after 10 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. 8. Please dispose of cooking oil, grease and leftovers into the trash can, not the kitchen sink as it will cause a clog. Clean the kitchen as you go. Wipe hot plates and oil residue after you cook and wipe the counters after you use. 9. Please dispose only toilet paper into the toilet. Anything else can cause a clog. 10.
