For families, a Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for your use. Ahead of your arrival, we'll send a custom digital guest portal built just for your stay. Other things to note CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee—please request at least 24 hours in advance, subject to approval and availability. PETS: Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each) with a one-time $200 fee per pet, shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed before arrival, kept supervised, and not allowed to roam the neighborhood. Please keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay, charged separately after booking and needed to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and lets us resolve accidental damage quickly. PICKLEBALL COURT: Paddles and balls are provided. TRASH: Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all garbage. DELIVERIES & FORGOTTEN ITEMS: We're unable to take responsibility for lost items or for packages delivered before or after your stay.
