House & Garden in Greater Paris

Family home and for friends with garden and BBQ in Greater Paris. Public transport Bus, Tram & Transilien on foot. Free car parking on site. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large 45 m² living room, large 30 m² kitchen dining room. 1 master suite with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 bedroom with double bed with bathroom (clawfoot bathtub with shower), 2 bedrooms with large single bed (95 cm and 120 cm) with a shared bathroom. Sofa bed in "Playroom". The space Entrance, living room and kitchen/dining room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. Master suite with bathroom and shower overlooking the garden. Upstairs, a separate adult or children's area with a shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms, each with a large single bed (95 cm and 120 cm wide), the photos for one of the bedrooms must be changed because since it has become an adult room (but our big ones have to tidy up for that😊). In the basement, bedroom 4 has a large double bed, its small bathroom (clawfoot bathtub) and access from both inside and outside the house. And finally, on the sleeping side, in the playroom (room 5 in the photos), a crossing room that is in the basement, with a very small window and then daylight, there is a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. The dining room/kitchen is equipped for a gourmet family kitchen (i.e. many who like to cook). The dining room table can seat up to 10 people. We have a machine area with a dryer and washing machine. There are 4 toilets in the house. The house is our main house, so there is room for you and your business but also ours. A last bedroom at the top serves as storage for our belongings and is closed. We would be happy to host you. The photos for the "themed room" are actually photos of the market and the shopping street 10 minutes walk from the house. Guest access A shopping street with wine shop, caterer, supermarket, florist, pharmacy and traditional market on Thursday and Sunday is a 10-minute walk away (you have the photos in: "themed room"). One of the bakeries is a 5-minute walk, the other a 10-minute walk. Bus stop no. 263 is within a 3-minute walk from the house (244 and 241 are 5 minutes away) and tram and Transilien stops are a little further away. We are close to the Mont Valèrien promenade where we go running every morning. You can park on our street for free. Other things to note We have a cat, who sometimes stays at home when we are not there. We'll see about that together if it bothers you, and in that case he can go on vacation.
