A peaceful escape, just moments away from countryside charm. #CozyTinyHome #HolidayHomesNSW The space The Little Grove Retreat by Tiny Away, tucked away in the scenic Riverina area of southern NSW, right in West Wyalong, promises a cozy tiny house stay dripping with rustic country charm. Just a quick 51-minute jaunt from Temora or an hour's drive from Lake Albert, you've got easy access to Cowra Japanese Gardens, Altina Wildlife Park, and the majestic Iandra Castle. But, if you're feeling adventurous, you can take a scenic drive to Lake Albert. There, you'll find Wagga Beach, a hotspot in the summer months, where you can relax on the shaded lawn, picnic on the banks of the river, or go for a swim. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home in the Riverina, featuring charming holiday homes with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and surrounding areas. Guests are also welcome to contact their host to arrange a wine tasting in the vineyard. They are welcome to roam the Olive Grove and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and starry night skies. Other things to note - Wifi is not available - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Firewood and Lighter provided for free - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - Smoking is permitted outside the tiny home - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception has good signals for all telco companies. - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - The homestead is being cleared, and site cleanup is in progress. You may notice some remnants during this time. Pets on the property: This space is shared with two very cute, quiet, and friendly miniature ponies. Do keep the main gate closed. Ponies can be stabled at the guest's request. Potential for noise: - The Wyalong Motorsports Track is located in the neighbourhood and holds community ride days throughout the year once a month from 9 am to 3 pm. - Regal Estate hosts events in the vineyard marquee located next door throughout the year. Important note: - Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
