A thoughtfully designed & decorated 3-bedroom family home in the heart of downtown Sydney! Just minutes from the hospital, Wentworth Park and downtown. You will love being within walking distance to downtown Sydney and having the ability to explore all of the sights, restaurants and shops along the waterfront. We are family friendly too! Don't feel like going out? We have everything you need to feel relaxed and at home. Including a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ + tools. The space This home is one unit of a two-storey duplex. You have your own two parking spaces right out front as well as a private entrance. **Note: we are located on a main Street with a short driveway that has no room to turn atound. You will have to back out, or back into the driveway before parking. Traveling with children? You can rest assured we have retractable baby gates at the top, and bottom of the stairs. We have additional child safety features including cabinet locks for those who need them, and outlet covers. We are happy to provide some children's toys and books for your stay. If you require an infant's bassinet, or mini crib be sure to ask ahead of time so we can ensure it's available for you. DOWNSTAIRS/MAIN FLOOR: Spacious entryway area with coat hooks, bench and shoe storage flows into the open concept living room, dining space and kitchen. Full bathroom with stand-up corner shower, laundry room with washer, dryer and recycle bins. One large bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed, desk and small workspace. UPSTAIRS/SECOND LEVEL: Two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a 3-piece bathroom with a tub + shower enclosure. The bedroom at the top of the stairs to the right is the largest of all 3 and features a luxurious King bed and a desk/work-space area. The final bedroom at the other end of the hallway is bedroom 3 and has a Queen bed, blackout curtains, a closet, and children's play kitchen. **AIR CONDITIONERS are installed seasonally (window and floor units) at the beginning of June when the in floor heating gets shut off and heat is no longer needed for comfort. Guest access The attached garage will not be available to guests. Our home also has some storage closets that will have locks on the outside and be inaccessible to guests. Guests have a private entrance, and the whole home to themselves except for the garage and storage closets.
