Coastal Delight - Nice Views - Great Open Space

Quiet coastal house with great communal space, and nice views of Chauncey Creek. Easy access for outdoor enthusiasts to great kayaking, cycling, walking. Beaches (Sea Point and Fort Foster) are a mile away. Fully equip even with an outdoor shower. Kittery has become a foodie destination. The closest commercial establishment is a lobster pier. The house is a great place to decompress or use as a launching pad for activities in the surrounding area/Northern Maine. The space The screened in porch is our favorite place to watch the day go by: in the morning for a cup of tea or coffee, lunch around the picnic table, or great conversations as the sun sets. This house has been the epicenter of our family for four generations. We cherish the time we get to spend here and hope you do too. Other things to note The driveway is long and can be easily missed. There is room for 3-4 cars to park on the gravel. From the driveway there is a stone staircase up to the house.
