1) "Maximum 2 guests per room" means that your stay is 1 guest or 2 guests per room /night based on your reservation. 2) The guest is only allowed to welcome /receive a friend in the living room. The space ※» “The main floor (ground floor)” - I do not live at. The 3 bedrooms have locks on each door & you share the home (common areas) with other guests. [My family (4 members) are living in the basement /downstairs. We are quiet respectful folks who are up early around 7:30 am and go to sleep around 11pm]. ※» To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the AirBnb website or app. Guest access The keypad of the front door will be provided & confirmed after booking a room successfully. Other things to note 1) "Maximum 2 guests per room" means that your stay is 1 guest or 2 guests per room /night based on your reservation. 2) If a guest loses the house's room key, there will be a charge of $20 per key. 3) The guest is only allowed to welcome /receive a friend in the living room. 4) Washing clothes fee: $15 per loading pack as per extra fee. Please do not wash shirts, T-shirts, pants, trousers and shorts in the bathroom. 5) Except for cleaning fee of the room at the end of guest’s stay = 0 promoted by the host /landlord, during the stay, regardless of whether it is a long or short term of stay, if the guest wants and requests: a) Cleaning and tidying the room: An additional fee is $15 per time; b) Washing pillowcases, bed sheets /bed covers, blankets, towels: An additional fee is $15 per time. 6) The air conditioner smart control device, which is located outside the AirBnb room, shall be put into operation (on/off for auto/cool/heat function) by yourself when needed. 7) Hot water is ready and available. 8) No pets to be bewared of, & your pet is not allowed also.
