Guesthouse in San Anselmo

Our newly constructed detached terrace house is in a peaceful neighborhood with direct access to world class mountain biking and hiking trails. The house is nestled under oak trees adjacent to a small olive grove and vineyard. The unit entry faces the adjacent street and provides the feeling of privacy and being in your own home. This is a perfect place to relax after a long day of work. There is WiFi with 11.6 upload and 241 download speeds. The space The amazing Marin hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed directly out the front door. The small towns of San Anselmo and Fairfax are minutes away and have wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes and music venues. Point Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods and Samuel P Taylor Park are nearby with beaches, hikes and beautiful views to explore. Wine Country and San Francisco are about 45 min away with all they have to offer. Guest access The terrace house has an enclosed patio in front for your use. The entry to the cottage is setback from the street , up a flight of garden steps (somewhat rustic). The adjacent driveway, surrounding olive grove and small vineyard are all part of our mini farm and garden and you may see someone around tending the gardens at anytime! You are welcome to explore this surrounding area but it is not part of the rental. Other things to note We do have a dog, a cat and bees on the property. The dog is very friendly with people, the cat is very shy and you likely won't see her during your stay! The house is freestanding from the main house but does share a wall with our office and storage area.
