Newly listed for the 2024 season The Stable Block has been fitted out to a high standard with a contemporary look and is conveniently situated just off of the Jurassic roundabout at the gateway to Weymouth & Portland and just a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to the beach! The space The Stable Block has a spacious, open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area with double doors leading out to the securely fenced and gated private terrace which is equipped with outdoor dining space, fire pit area and disposable bbq stand (utensils provided) Inside you will find one king bedroom with en suite shower room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom as well as a full bathroom with large walk in shower and a bath tub, all with underfloor heating throughout. Guest access Guests can enjoy their own private fully fenced & gated outdoor area and are also welcome to use the adjacent paddock. Other things to note One small well behaved dog per booking is permitted but we do ask that they are never left unattended or left locked inside the accommodation when you leave the premises. Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted at any time Disposable bbq's are permitted, there is a brick built stand in the outdoor area and bbq utensils are provided.
