Located 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo, you will be in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards. The space On the ground floor: - 60 m2 kitchen/dining area - 50 m2 living room - bathroom + separate toilet -equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron) Upstairs: -1 master bedroom with 160 cm x 190 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower + dressing area with possibility to put a baby bed -1 bedroom with bunk bed 90 cm x 190 cm (closes with blackout curtain) - 2 bedrooms with 140 cm x 190 cm bed - Separate toilet - open mezzanine with relaxation area (catamaran net) and sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm (Epeda mattress) * outside: - terrace equipped with plancha and barbecue available - summer kitchen annex - various games - swing -above-ground outdoor pool, heated from June 1 to September 30 - with secure ladder - Household equipment available: Grill/wok/fondue set/raclette set/cookéo on request/toaster/kettle/juicer/filter coffee machine/Nespresso coffee machine New bedding for all beds.
