It features soaring high ceilings and is a well-equipped space, making it your ideal base for exploring or relaxing. Whether you’re venturing into the Lake District or diving into local culture, our welcoming walls are the perfect starting point for all of your adventures. The space The kitchen and living room are in one. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite including a shower. In the utility cupboard there is a washing machine and ironing board. Guest access The building is accessed using a code. Then the apartment is located on the first floor. There is a lift if required. There is a also a communal patio area on the first floor. Other things to note A hairdryer, towels and tea making services are provided. If you have any extra requirements, please ask. Parking; Princes Street car park is beside the apartment which is a pay and display meter. Post code for this is CA11 7GP. You can only spend a maximum of 3 hours here though. It’s free from 6pm -8am. Alternatively, 24 hour parking can be found at Bluebell Lane car park. This is under a 5minute walk to the apartment. Postcode for this is CA11 7LX. The train station is only an 8 minute walk away and so is the bus station. Sainsbury’s is just around the corner.
