Due to its strategic location, this space offers easy access to all local attractions. In a short time you can reach Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, Mottarone, Arona, Stresa, Valsesia. For those who do not have a car, the house is located about 300 meters from the train station and 500 meters from the bus station. The house has a small private courtyard, in an easy parking area, only 100 meters from the center of Borgomanero. The space The house is in the center of Borgomanero. On the first floor is the kitchen, the living room/lounge where there is also a sofa bed. There is also a balcony. On the second floor is the sleeping area with a large double bedroom with a sofa, another bedroom with a bed and, if necessary, a mobile bed. The house does NOT have private parking, but in the area there are parking spaces available with a parking disc from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and free on holidays. Other things to note There are stairs in the house, so unfortunately it is not suitable for those who have walking problems. For those with small children, I am available to provide a camping cot.
