The space In the gentle hills of Siena, near the charming village of San Gimignano, stands this old 1800 barn, now a beautiful farmhouse after conservative restoration and renovation. Bright interiors with high ceilings, furnished with prestigious furniture and materials, make the house welcoming and elegant. Featuring Tuscan terracotta floors and stone walls, it’s spread over two levels: • Ground floor: a bright living room with large windows, comfortable sofas, and TV. The spacious corner kitchen in stone embodies Tuscan warmth and hospitality. Fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, both Italian and American coffee machines, large dining table, and access to the fenced garden with gazebo, table, and BBQ for outdoor dining. There’s also a bathroom with shower and laundry. Upstairs, a wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area with a cozy double bed and sofa bed for two.
