Please do NOT lose keys as replacement fees up to $350 will incur. Other things to note - Pets are very welcome but you MUST include them in your booking. And you are responsible for your pets safety. -Garage is not available for guest to use but there are plenty of parking spaces on the driveway and off-street ***IMPORTANT PLS READ***** ACT has NOISE STANDARDS at night - Neighbour’s reports are considered as evidence by ACT council. So please respect neighbourhood community ‼️If we receive noise reports from neighbours or police after 10PM. We will contact you immediately. $1000 fine applies and eviction process may also start. ‼️Absolutely NO party, NO non-authorised gatherings, NO BBQ/Campfires. Guests are NOT allowed to host or invite visitors for gathering without our permission. Permission may be given on case-by-case basis after discussion. ~ Electrical Vehicle charging is strictly prohibited. $500 penalty fee applies immediately discovered this. ~ Utility usages are monitored. Guest not to waste utilities, otherwise unreasonable usage will be reimbursed from guests.
