Welcome to our family home on the heights of Autheuil-Authouillet. We are Agathe and David and are happy to let you enjoy this peaceful retreat ideally located between Paris and Deauville. Huge garden of 8000 m2, portico, badminton, plancha, the house is the perfect place for young and old! Inside the large living room, board games and fireplace will allow you to spend friendly moments. Giverny is 30 minutes away, Paris and the coast are 1 hour away. The space Accommodating 8 adults and 4 children, the house is spacious and offers 200 m2 of living space with 5 bedrooms on a wooded property of 8000 m2; an idyllic setting for a family getaway. ***Composition of the accommodation*** On the ground floor: - Large 50 m2 living room which consists of a cozy living room, and a dining kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, Miele oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. You will also have all the necessary kitchen utensils. - Very comfortable sleeping area composed of * a master bedroom with a king size bed * as well as an adjoining children's room with two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed. These beds are intended for children. * A bathroom with toilet completes this space. In the entrance you will find an additional toilet with a hand basin. Upstairs: - A large comfortable and spacious landing leads to a bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet - As well as a very spacious double bedroom that offers a very nice view of the garden - A corridor leads to two additional bedrooms, the first consists of a king size bed and a single bed. The king size is convertible into two single beds, on request at the time of booking - The last bedroom offers a very generous space with also a king size bed and a single bed. [NOTE: the maximum capacity is 8 adults and 4 children, not 12 adults] On the terrace: You will find a large table to dine outside and enjoy the large plancha for cooking. Deckchairs are available for you to rest in the shade of the trees. Linens and towels are provided, as in all Idylliq properties. We have chosen to provide you with brand new, high-end bedding that can be found in luxury hotels in all rooms, the double beds are king size (180 x 200), the single beds are 90 x 200. All linens are also new and of premium hotel quality. ***For families*** The house is a paradise for children! Outside, they can enjoy themselves in the huge garden, play on the portico, play badminton, volleyball, molkky and pétanque... and the whole family can have their meals together on the large outdoor table. A plancha is at your disposal. A ping pong table will also be available from August 2024. Inside, the house is filled with board games and books, and many DVDs are available to you. In winter, you can spend cozy evenings by the fireplace. [Fireplace will be available from fall when it has been swept and prepared] ***Babies and toddlers*** A baby crib is at your disposal, as well as a small harness that you can install on one of the high chairs to make it a baby chair. ***In the vicinity*** 90 km from Paris (1 hour door to door, the house is close to the Gaillon exit of the A13), 20 km from Les Andelys and Château-Gaillard and 28 km from Giverny and Monet's gardens, the house allows you to easily explore the surroundings. If you are telecommuting, you can enjoy a high-speed Wi-Fi connection thanks to fiber optics. At the bottom of the garden is an old barn behind a fence, please do not enter. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to bring a pet into this house. Please take this into account for the smooth running of your stay and to respect the rules of the property. The garden has a small shallow pond, if you have very young children do not let them venture too far. Parties and celebrations are not allowed. In winter, our houses are heated between 19°C and 21°C for your comfort and to preserve the environment.
