Etang De Thau: House in a green setting

Located in a charming village on the shores of Étang de Thau, 5 minutes from the beaches of Mèze and 20 minutes from Sète and Cap d'Agde, this beautiful 100 m² apartment is housed in a detached house with a swimming pool. It features a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an outdoor terrace, and a veranda, all set in an idyllic natural setting with views of Lake Sesquiers. The accommodation is located just 2 kilometers from the city center, the port, beaches, market and restaurants. Ideal for a family or two couples. The space In a pretty village by the pond of Thau, we present this luxury apartment in a natural setting. It is located in a villa that is composed of two separate apartments rented during the summer season. This spacious and comfortable 4-room (100 m²) accommodation, fully air-conditioned, comprises a large living room, three bedrooms (including a master suite), a bathroom, a beautiful veranda, and a pleasant green terrace. All rooms are equipped with TV and wifi. Private outdoor spaces for each of the two apartments ensure the tranquility of vacationers. A barbecue area, bicycles, and a small ping-pong table can be made available. The pool, open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., is reserved for tenants only. It is equipped with deckchairs and outdoor games (balls, rackets, etc.). Upon request, the pool can be made private for 3 mornings per week. Parking is secure. The small grocery store and breakfast are provided for the Weekend or for the start of a long stay ( salt, pepper, oil, coffee ,tea, sugar, milk, toast, butter and jam ). Bed and bath linen are included for stays of at least 7 nights. For short stays, the linen fee is payable on site: -20 euros for all sheets - - 10 euros for bath towels. Small dogs are allowed: €25 for the stay. We ask our guests to have an ECO-Responsible behavior by not letting the air conditioners work when they are away from the accommodation. Strong music and parties are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with all baby equipment: ( bed, high chair, changing table, sunbed, booster seat).
