You can reach the beaches of La Turballe in 5 minutes (or 15 minutes by bike) and those of La Baule in 15 minutes! The space Large, very recent house, 125 m2 established on 800 m2 of land. Facing south, you can enjoy the sun all day and relax in the hot tub (5 seats) as well as in the garden lounges located on the ground floor and upstairs. An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy your meals in the garden. On the ground floor, the spacious living room is bathed in light thanks to its many bay windows. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room. Everything you need is on site to cook (oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher etc.) The living room is equipped with a large sofa, a TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video and Canal + platforms.
