Living area is also equipped with Air- conditioner and opens out into a balcony overlooking meticulously landscaped gardens providing serene retreat. The apartment also features free designated car parking and access to communal facilities and pool. Further the apartment could be accessed by secured intercom lift from the parking area. Bathroom • spacious bathroom that cleverly conceals a European-style laundry that comes with washing machine and Dryer. • Clean lined bathroom with shower and other required necessary facilities. NO Late Check in - Please note we won’t be able to accommodate late check ins after 10.00 pm. NO Parties please as this is residential building where the security camera is everywhere and there are families with young children around. NO LOUD MUSIC - We ask our guests to respect the neighbours around by turning down volume after 9pm. NO SMOKING – Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do not book this apartment. ADULTS ONLY - Please note it is one bedroom unit only as shown in pictures and doesn’t cater the needs of kids. So it available for adults only.
