Brand new HVAC System, and WIFI included. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex perfect for couples and or small families. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a pull-out couch in the living room that can fit one adult or 2 small kiddos. Parking for the Airbnb is provided with the lot it’s sitting on and additional parking in front on the street if desired. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole unit they book. The duplex is split privately between the two units. Each side will have a fenced in area running along the length of the unit with a separation wall between both of the units as to ensure privacy between guests. Other things to note Rt 66 is a popular strip here in Amarillo, on the opposite end of the location of this property there are plenty of well liked establishments that people attend frequently ranging from food spots, to local shops. During the weekends , that is when the action in the area is the busiest, a lot of the food spots down the street have live music being played and just people in general having a good time. There can be some noise coming from all of the action, like the sounds of motorcycles coming and going. There is always people walking up and down Rt 66, day and night, as well.
