With a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and 4 cozy bedrooms, you’ll feel right at home. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the breezy deck then spend your day enjoying all the activities has to offer. And the stunning Inlet Beach/Rosemary beach along the Emerald Coast is just a 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive. The space Sun and Sand on 30A is a spacious home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a beach themed interior with comfortable furnishings and an open concept living space. It is filled with top-of-the-line furnishings so you can feel quite at home while on vacation. And pets are welcome. The kitchen is well stocked complete with a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, blender, sharp knives, air fryer, crockpot, and a variety of kitchen tools. There are also a variety of spices for you to use in the spice cabinet. The living room has both a couch and loveseat to provide seating for multiple guests. The TV is a 65 inch smart TV. There are four bedrooms in the home. The first bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and a bathroom with shower just across from it. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are upstairs. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the loft area. All bedrooms have large smart TVs and Roku so you can use your favorite apps and watch your favorite shows. The large community pool is right across the street. And Inlet beach is a 10 minute walk or four minute drive from the house. There are two bikes for you to use and you can use them to explore Lake Powell, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Access Rosemary Beach by the newly built underpass right by the Donut Hole. You can also see Camp Helen State Park for great trails and beach access along Lake Powell. To stay at Sun and Sand on 30A an adult chaperone over the year of 25 is required for August under 25 throughout their day. There is no smoking on the property. There is an outdoor security camera featuring video and audio recording capabilities. There is also a ring doorbell camera at the front door. The driveway supports two cars, possibly three if they are smaller sedans. There is no overflow parking. Any cars not on the driveway are subject to towing by the HOA. Pets welcome. Dogs under 50 pounds only ($75 non refundable pet fee). Stays longer than 7 days include a complementary mid stay clean and linen change.
