Only the maintenance shed is restricted. Other things to note Property is 4 minutes by vehicle or 18 minutes walking to Aspen Beach. Registered guests have access and rights to the parking area for the duration of their stay, ample parking for 2 vehicles, a 3rd is possible; Driveway is shared with adjacent property. Additionally, TV Use: The TV is set up for streaming services only. Guests are welcome to log in with their own accounts during their stay. Please note that cable, pay-per-view, or other paid content cannot be ordered. Any additional charges related to purchased services or subscriptions during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility. Lastly, you will be contacted by our third-party I.D. verification service (“Truvi”), where you will need to choose either a damage deposit ($700 CAD (refundable, subject to a small processing fee) or a damage waiver option ($50CAD (non-refundable, no deposit required collected by the third-party provider). All reservations are subject to this verification process being successful. Most guests prefer the waiver option since it’s quick and hassle-free.
