Beautiful home in great neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing setting. 2 bedrooms. Shared Space - Full basement to self with open stairwell to main floor The space Warm, welcoming home. Beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighborhood has easy access to Highway 50 and Interstate 135 making travel very convenient. This is a shared space rental meaning I live on the main floor and the entire view out basement is available for rent. The basement has two guest bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and 1 bathroom in fully finished view out basement with family room, wet bar, refrigerator, dining room table, ping pong table and fenced back yard. Please note, the basement does not have a separate entrance and the staircase is open with no door closing the basement off from the rest of the house. Upon request, a third queen bedroom on the main floor (with bathroom beside bedroom) is available for an additional fee. Guest access Open concept main floor, guest bedrooms and bathrooms, full finished view out basement with family room, wet bar, refrigerator, dining room table, ping pong table and fenced backyard. During your stay I have met some absolutely amazing people through this experience! Other things to note Non-smokers preferred. Smokers may smoke outdoors on the porch or patio in the backyard. Please discard cigarette butts in the trash can in the garage. Pets are welcome if potty trained, well behaved and current on vaccinations. Fenced in backyard. Please note that I do have three cats. All are friendly. The cats are kept out of the guest bedrooms. The neighborhood provides great opportunities for walks with bike/walking trail nearby. Newton is approximately 20 miles from Wichita.
