Welcome to Your Indio Oasis in the gated community of Indian Palms Country Club! This 3-bedroom home sleeps 10 and features a new pool, fully-equipped kitchen, and TVs in each room. Enjoy golf, tennis, and gym facilities within the community. Just 2 miles to Empire Polo Club and festival grounds, with easy access to local shopping and dining on Jackson Street and Highway 111. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 guests, this property combines luxury with convenience, making it perfect for both short vacations and extended stays. Inside Your Stay ☆ Bedrooms: The primary suite boasts a plush king-sized bed and a convenient twin rollaway for extra guests. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a twin pullout, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a sleeper sofa and pack and play for your younger guests. ☆ Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests, both bathrooms feature a bath tub, shower, and all bathroom amenities needed throughout your stay. ☆ Kitchen: Fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures, our kitchen includes brand new appliances, a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee. ☆ Living Spaces: Enjoy the ease of entertainment with TVs in each room, a new washer/dryer set, and high-speed internet access. Outdoor Living ☆ Dive into relaxation with our newly installed pool (April 2023) in the backyard. For those cooler days, pool heating is available for an additional fee. ☆ The community offers three additional pools, a 27-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a gym—all included during your stay. Extra Features ☆ Electric car owners will appreciate the 220-volt outlet available for an additional cost. ☆ Attached Casita: Need more space? Our casita features a queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette. Contact us for availability—please note it may be rented separately. The Casita is attached to the main house, it shares a foot path but all other amenities are seprate. Location Perks ☆ Just 1.4 miles from the Empire Polo Club, our home is perfectly positioned for event-goers. ☆ Explore the local restaurant and bar within the community, or venture out to the nearby attractions and dining options. Guest access ☆ Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the main house, kitchen, dining, bed and bathrooms, pool, yard, garage for one car, and right side of the driveway for parking. Full access to the community’s amenities, including sports facilities and fitness center, is provided. Maps and further instructions are available in the additional photos section of the listing. ☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. ☆ Digital House Manual: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. Other things to note ☆ Attached Casita: There is a private attached casita which we rent out separately, see photos of casita in additional photos. The separate casita is not included in your booking reservation, however can be booked at an additional price. The attached casita has a parking spot on the left side of the driveway. The casita has a shared driveway and footpath only. ☆ Pool: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday morning to maintain the pool, he will come and go through the side gate and should also not bother you throughout your stay. If the pool needs extra attention or you would prefer not to be bothered please let us know ahead of time. ☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. **Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet. ☆ Gated Neighborhood: There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 2 cars. ☆ Community Access: Access to the pickleball/ tennis courts, and gym at the lifestyle center is managed through our HOA. If you wish to use it, we will send you a form to complete. Please note there is only allowed a maximum or 4 guests at a time for the gym and courts. To access the public pools, you can request a temporary pool pass from the Lifestyle Center and pay $10. Upon checking out or when done using the pool, please return your temporary pass and you will receive your $10 back. ☆ Maintenance: Trash is taken every Monday morning. Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay. Registration number 050407
