It’s not luxury by any means but it’s cute, clean and quiet; has a nice pool, fire pit and cool laid back hosts. We do not allow any events to be hosted here. If you're looking to explore the area, there's loads to do in every direction. * Pro Football HOF and Village * Portage Lakes State Park / boat rentals available * Nimisilla Lake for kayaking ( must have own kayak) * Ohio / Erie Towpath for walking , running, or biking (bike rental available) * Kayak and canoe rentals * Amish Country * Goodyear Blimp * Multiple wineries very close by * Warther's Museum less than 30 min away If you're more of a stay in and chill type, then this place offers the perfect setting. Float in the pool during the day, bbq on the grill and enjoy a fire at night; turn on some music and take a night swim if you'd like. There's 2 Tv's inside with DirecTV and Roku if you're just looking for a movie and popcorn kind of night. Whatever your preference may be, it's a relaxing cute little place. Guest access The entire private pool house with use of pool, outdoor dining and seating area. The pool is considered shared but we rarely use it. We do use the backyard to access our garage, grill etc. and we do water our flowers at night. We don’t deny ourselves access to the pool but we likely won’t be using it when we have guests here. Other things to note The main house is located across from the pool. When there's guests, I'm courteous and respectful of their privacy. The backyard accesses my garages, grill, patio etc. so from time to time I am in the yard. Although I rarely use the pool, I don't give up my privilege to use it if I should happen to want to cool off for a quick minute I DO NOT ALLOW ANY EVENTS TO BE HOSTED HERE.
