The sliding glass door leads out to a private fenced yard with a covered patio and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it the perfect place to cook up some delicious meals. Fresh eggs from our chickens are available. Just ask!! The living room has a couch, TV and a small futon that turns into a bed perfect for kids. The futon bed is smaller than a twin so not a good fit for adults. We also have two rollaway memory foam twin beds that can be set up if requested. A laundry room with washer and dryer is in the unit. Laundry detergent is provided. Access does have outside stairs so may not be best option for guests with mobility concerns. The dog park is across the street behind General Hospital and an easy walk. We know how hard it can be to find affordable and spacious accommodations when traveling with kids so do not charge the extra person fee for minors. While the inside of the unit is brand new, we are still working on the outside of the house.
