The space This mid-century, single-level condominium is nestled in a private cul-de-sac in beautiful South Palm Springs. Your personal living space is situated at the rear of this tranquil home. The front (host) and back (guest) living areas are separated by an expansive shared atrium/patio, ensuring your privacy. Just steps from the home's rear door is a private gate leading to the shared condominium pool/spa area, surrounded by panoramic views of mountains, palm trees, and blue skies. Guest access Your private bedroom and private adjacent bathroom is designed to provide all the comforts you need for comfortable living. You are also welcome to use the home's shared central outdoor atrium/patio, living and dining areas, kitchen and all communal spaces. The shared condominium pool/spa area is open from sunrise until 10 pm each evening. Your rental also includes your own designated off-road parking spot for your convenience. During your stay If I am not home, or even if I am, feel free to either reach out to me in person, or you can message me directly through Airbnb messages. Other things to note This is a home share space. I do live here and will be living here during your stay. The property has been designed in such a way to allow for mutual privacy. Your area and my area during your stay is separated by a 30 foot outdoor patio/atrium.
