The terrace leads to a large and bright living room, ideal for resting and watching TV (satellite connection with international channels). The integrated kitchen is newly renovated and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and small appliances to make tasks easier and leave as much free time as possible for all family members. The master bedroom has a double bed, large closets, and free space for a crib if necessary, which will be installed upon prior request. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closets, and a TV. The bathroom has been completely renovated recently, it has a shower, bidet and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms. For the little ones in the family, we have a 120 × 60 cm crib equipped with sheets and a blanket, a high chair with adjustable height and reclining backrest, and a baby bath with thermometer. The price of the stay includes a private closed garage with capacity for a car of 1.90 meters maximum height and 5 meters maximum length, it is located about 200 meters from the apartment. Guest access In the building there is a community pool for the use and enjoyment of all residents. It is open in summer season from June 15 to September 15. To access it, only one card per person is needed, which will be provided to guests upon arrival. From July 1 to August 31 and Easter, street parking is regulated by a paid blue zone.
